Donated Car!

Resident Liz received this beautiful mint condition 1995 Toyota Celica from donors Marilyn and Winston Scott.  For the past year and a half, Liz has walked, ridden a bike, or taken a bus everywhere, with the greatest challenge of negotiating the unpredictable weather conditions. Liz says one of the best things about this gift is that she can now give rides to people who need it!  She will graduate soon, and is so very grateful for this amazing, generous blessing.

Dave and Lou Butz have been volunteering at BRM for the last three winters. Although here as “snowbirds”, they have  accumulated over 70 hours of service! They have gardened, weeded, helped to refurbish our apartments, stuffed envelopes, and are generally “on call” for any needs that BRM requires!  We are grateful for their committed service to BRM! Thank you!

The Moms at Casa Carol received double blessings on Valentine’s Day.  Our beloved volunteer, Angela Davis, gave each mom fresh flowers to show her love for each lady.  Also, a women’s bible study group from Georgianna United Methodist Church delivered beautiful cards with handwritten expression of love and encouragement! What gifts from the heart!!
